IMAGE AND UPLOAD FACTS You may upload your images upon completion of your order, or log into your account later and do it.
In order to produce a quality product, we require high-resolution images (300 dpi). It is preferable that you send the original uncropped version.
We are unable to use images from online photo hosting and sharing sites. Unfortunately, they reduce the images to a low resolution format. Please send us the original image from your memory card or from your hard drive.
Please let us know if you have any specific requirements with regard to the cropping or if you want the image to be printed in black and white. If the product requires more than one image, indicate the position of each of the images (left, center, right, top, bottom etc.).
By providing us images, you are representing that you are either the owner of the images or have permission to use them from the photographer and/or the copyright owner.
We will send you a proof via email within approximately 2-4 business days after receiving all the required images.
HOW TO UPLOAD: 1. Browse and click the image file you want us to use. 2. Provide any special instructions. 3. Click UPLOAD. This will upload only one image at a time. If you were successful, it will be indicated on the top of the page. 4. If you have more than one image to upload, follow steps 1-3 for each image. 5. Once you have uploaded your image, you will have five minutes to change the image.
