In many instances, items ordered together will arrive separately.
Whether you select standard shipping or expedited shipping, Script and Scribble cannot be held responsible for delays associated with the shipment of your order. Accordingly, rush fees and all shipping charges will not be refunded.
Standard Shipping Charges are for mainland US only. Additional charges are required for shipping beyond the mainland or for expedited shipping. Please note that since your order is custom made, it cannot usually be shipped via overnight or two-day air from the time of your order.

Gift wrap Most orders are packaged in a cellophane gift wrap with a Script and Scribble sticker and signature ribbon, at no extra charge. Some gifts, such as ceramics, are shipped in a protective wrap only. Please indicate any special requests in the Special Instruction boxes.
If you are shipping a gift to an address other than your own, you may provide a short gift message (during the checkout process) which we will enclose in the box. We do not include a copy of your original order or an invoice inside our packages.
