However, if there is a mistake on our part or an item is defective, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to replace and ship the item at our expense.
We may require a photo of the problem or request the item be returned to us. This may vary by the situation.
Additionally, if you receive your order and for some reason it doesn't meet your expectations, we will gladly reprint or remake the item(s) with your new specifications at 25% off your original merchandise cost.
