HOW TO ORDER YOUR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
The layout of your cards or gifts - The layouts shown on our Website and in the catalog are usually how they will appear on your finished product. If you would like something different, call us and we will try to accommodate your request. Nevertheless, the designer or artist has the right to alter the layout somewhat as they see fit.
Your message or words - The number of lines and words are determined by the size of the item. If additional lines are required an extra charge may apply. Use the example shown as a guideline for characters per line, and total number of lines allowed. Please note: When you type in your personalization, make sure to type the letters exactly as you would like them to appear on the final product indicating which letters you would like capitalized.
Fonts and Typestyles - The type fonts are available as shown on the layout you choose. In some cases, other typestyles and colors are available. When in doubt please call or email us.
Photographs - If you are providing a photo for use on your item, it can be uploaded through our Photo Preview tool, upon the completion of your order, or sent via email to (click for contact form). Or you may send it by USPS, to 12700 Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 300, North Miami, FL 33181. For best reproduction, we prefer high resolution (300 dpi) JPEG files. If the photos were taken by a professional photographer, be sure to submit his or her written consent for use. A proof is required with all printed photo cards.
Proofs -We highly recommend a proof, if available for the product you are ordering. This allows you to make sure the final product will be printed according to your original order, and to confirm the data and spelling are correct. We provide one proof per item. In most cases, there is a $5.00 fee for the first proof of each item ordered. If you request revisions or an additional proof, an extra charge will apply, depending on the type of revisions and the designer of the particular product. Accordingly, please try to limit any changes.
Proofs will be sent via email within 1-3 business days after you've completed your order. If we do not receive a response to the first email, we will attempt a maximum of two additional times. If we haven't heard from you, we will assume that everything is correct and print your order based upon the proof. Please check your settings to make sure our email doesn't land in your junk mail or spam folder.
Once you approve the proof, Script and Scribble cannot be held responsible for any mistakes. So please check everything very carefully. Please note: Our stated production time for any item starts after the final proof is approved. We count business days only, and do not include weekends, holidays, and non-business hours.
Due to the personalized nature of the products we sell, once you place your order, it is considered a commitment to proceed. Accordingly, your credit card will be charged in full at the time your order is placed. In most cases, once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. If by chance it can be cancelled, a store credit will be provided only. If a proof has been produced on your behalf, but we didn't yet produce the actual item, a minimum fee of $25.00 will apply for the proof and processing time.

Because we want you to be happy with your Script and Scribble purchase, we guarantee that your order will be produced to your exact specifications or as shown in the approved proof, or we'll replace it free of charge. In addition, if you receive your order and for some reason it doesn't meet your expectations, we will gladly reprint or remake the item(s) with your new specifications at 25% off your original cost.
